Manitoba Public Insurance is a non-profit Crown corporation which provides

public auto insurance across the province and began 1971.

This two-storey building has a red/brown brick exterior. The symmetrical windows are organized

in banks of four to five darkly tinted windows. To the north of the building is a one storey garage

for the maintenance of vehicles and driving tests, and to the south and east are parking lots to

allow for employee and customer parking
