Lloyd William Secter

Biography

Born in 1939, Lloyd William Secter married Marcia Secter (born Moscovitch) in 1968. After graduating from the University of Manitoba in 1965, he worked at Smith Carter Searle Architects while Marcia Secter completed her architecture degree. After her graduation, the couple moved to Israel, where Lloyd worked at Ram Karmi Architects developing a housing project for the University of Beersheva.

After returning to Canada, Lloyd spent some time painting and sculpting, winning a National Competition for a fountain at the University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus.
