Built as a secondary school, this building now now acts as a high school. It holds 18 original classrooms and science labs with an auditorium in the centre and extensive shops facilities (automotive, mechanical, applied arts and home-economics) in the basement and rear of the building. It stands two storeys high with the academic wing in the centre. There are several tennis courts in the yard at the rear.
