This concrete- and brick-clad structure is a good local example of modern architectural post-war high-rise apartment block design. In addition to the main section, the complex features a second area comprised of town-houses, which face onto the Assiniboine River. This latter building, which has been recently remodelled (leaving most of the original design intact) has separate entrances onto a communal parking and circulation space.
