This was built in around 1955 as a small elementary school in a semi-rural area which is now part of the city.

- Although heavily altered, the building appears to be made of concrete block, raised quite high to create two floors of space
- The original gym was no more than a modest room that is now the front foyer
- It functions currently as the divisional maintenance office with shops in the yard at the rear
