985 Roch Street, known as the Gerald Macdonald Residence, was constructed in 1962. The building was designed by Gerald Macdonald, a native Winnipegger and 1953 graduate of the University of Manitoba School of Architecture and partner in local firm Ward and Macdonald Architects.
