- This school has been sold by its division so the records were no longer available, however it is identical to Heritage School, both in a distinctive style with obvious clues; it was closed in 1986 and is now the Winnipeg Police Academy
- Two storeys of grey brick are regularly punctuated with large twinned windows further highlighed with white header panels on the three sides; darker brown brick gives emphasis to the main entrance on the north side
- Triangular hoods cover light wells over the four staircases at the front and rear of the building; these project several metres off the otherwise
- flat roof and together form the most distinctive feature of the former school
- Although it shares a huge site with two other school buildings and a community club, all landscaping has been removed from around this building, possibly for security, leaving it rather high and stark on its berm
